Why 28 Days?
Research shows that it takes about 28 days to form a new habit due to the brain's neuroplasticity. By committing to this journey for four weeks, you'll not only create new, healthier patterns but also significantly alter your brain chemistry for sustained change. Each day serves as a building block, guiding you deeper into your journey of self-discovery and growth.
Who is it For?
The Centered Self is perfect for anyone who has already begun their inner work and is ready to dive deeper. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner of mindfulness and self-reflection or just beginning to explore these practices, this journal will meet you where you are and guide you further along your path.
What You Can Expect
